[Case Report] Post-Orgasmic Illness Syndrome: Clinical Presentation, Psychosocial Impact, and Management Challenges Based on Two Case Reports

This preprint describes two patients with POIS who developed pronounced physical, cognitive, and psychological symptoms following ejaculation. Organic and allergic causes were ruled out. Multidisciplinary treatment approaches led to partial symptom improvement. The authors emphasize the significant psychosocial burden and the need for further research.
